good service overall, with private rooms that don’t require an additional fee. their food is good like the pork neck and LA galbi, haemul pajeon. at the time we really wanted soy marinated crabs, but we only availed the spicy crabs as it was the only option at the time. the side dishes in itself are very filling as well.

I’ve probably eaten at Chung Dam about 10 times or more, and I’ve never had a problem. It’s my go to Korean restau in BGC, especially when we want to eat and chill late at night since there aren’t many places open. The food always feels high quality, the service is good, they cook fast, and the rooms are clean and comfy. We often get the private room where we usually eat and chill while playing online games haha. I’ve also tried Chung Dam in Parqal and it was really good as well. I did notice the price changes, this is already their second increase. But I don’t really have complaints because there are still way more expensive restaurants around BGC with the same quality. The food choices aren’t that many because they really focus on serving high quality beef and seafood. But I usually order the kimchi jjigae.

We had such an amazing experience at Chang Dum Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious — full of authentic flavors that made every bite enjoyable. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff were very attentive, and the waiters were extremely kind and accommodating, making us feel truly welcomed throughout our meal. Even though we only ordered two dishes and rice, we were pleasantly surprised by the generous variety of side dishes they served. The portions were more than enough to make us full and satisfied. It really felt like we were getting more than what we paid for, and we left with very happy stomachs. If you’re looking for a place that serves great food, gives you value for money, and treats you with genuine warmth and hospitality, Chang Dum is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommended!

I'd say this is the best Korean restaurant in BGC if you want a Korean bbq :) The side dishes were super authentic and all the foods were tasty! The Korean meat Hanwoo- just wow! It has a private room so you have more privacy as well :)

Very good food and service. My family eats here whenever we crave for Hanwoo! They’ve got the best steam egg too! Highly recommended if you want a quality Korean Samgyupsal

Just came back from SK and missed eating their food so I found myself here in Chung dam. Ordered Beef Brisket Soybean Stew and it didn’t disappoint. Serving is generous even had to bring home half of my order. Definitely worth eating here

We ordered pork belly, pork neck, and cold noodles and loved all of the side dishes, too! My friends are regulars here and I asked them to bring me. We booked a private room w/ a view of the street and it was such a great first visit!
